Here are a few things people often ask before starting.
Is this like other coaching?
No—this is identity-level coaching. Most coaching targets behavior (habits, goals, accountability). We work upstream at the level that creates behavior.
- We map your identity architecture (the parts, loyalties, and rules running the show).
- We integrate parts so your system stops pulling in opposite directions.
- We create identity statements + choice architecture so congruent action becomes natural—no forcing.
Do I need to be spiritual or experienced in coaching?
Do I need to be spiritual or have done coaching before?
No. Bring your worldview. This work is practical and respectful of your beliefs. Whether you’re data-driven or deeply reflective, we use tools that fit you.
I’ve tried a lot of coaching. Why would this be different?
Because we don’t coach symptoms—we realign the system underneath them. Common reasons past efforts didn’t stick:
- Insight without integration (you knew but didn’t become).
- Accountability without identity change (pushing against yourself).
- Frameworks that didn’t match your nervous system or values. Here, shifts are stabilized through parts-work, identity statements, and real-life practice between sessions.
What happens in the Free Exploration Call?
30 minutes to get a feel for each other, clarify what you want, and see if the Blueprint fits. No prep needed, no pitch. If it’s a yes for both of us, we’ll discuss logistics and next steps.
What happens in a typical session?
Will I get emotional or overwhelmed?
It’s normal for feelings to show up—and we go at your pace. We use titration (small, safe steps), resourcing and grounding. You can pause, slow down, or stop at any time. Integration practices make shifts stick without flooding.
Is this therapy?
Who is this best for—and not for?
Best for: late-20s to 30s professionals/entrepreneurs who’ve done self-work, want depth, and are willing to be challenged (lovingly) and take action.
Not for: anyone wanting quick hacks, scripts to copy, or unwilling to reflect between sessions.
What’s the structure of The Authentic Self Blueprint?
- Duration: 12 weeks
- Sessions: 8 × 60–75 min 1:1 (Zoom; in-person when possible)
- Between sessions: light exercises, check-ins/voice notes, and support
- Methods: Identity-level coaching, NLP, Parts-work, system alignment, and provocative coaching (direct but caring)
What results can I expect?

Pricing & payment options?
We’ll discuss your specific plan in the call. Transparent pricing, with installments available. If after the first full session you don’t feel it’s a fit, we won’t continue—no hard feelings. (No high-pressure sales, ever.)
Rescheduling & cancellations?
You can reschedule with 24 hours’ notice at no cost. Missed/late cancellations are counted as a session so we respect both our calendars.
Confidentiality & privacy?
Your information and session content remain strictly confidential. Notes are minimal and stored securely. The only exception is legal/ethical duty of care (e.g., risk of harm). We follow GDPR-aligned practices.
